RitFit M1 & M1 Pro Smith Machine with Cable Crossover System, Multi-Function Squat Rack Power Cage for Home Gym, Power Rack and Packages
Q1: M1 1.0 VS M1 2.0 (M1 Pro)
A1: The upgraded M1 2.0 version of the Smith machine introduces several enhancements over the original M1 1.0. Notable improvements include the incorporation of aluminum pulleys, new aluminum alloy handles, and increased Olympic bar storage. These features work together to provide a smoother and more seamless user experience.
Q2: When rotating the Olympic bar, the barbell hooks will not turn along with it.
(The barbell hooks do not turn with the bar to latch when doing reps which makes it unusable)
A2: Simply tighten the screws on both sides of the barbell clockwise as shown in the attached photo.(Tool: No. 4 L-shaped hexagonal wrench)
Q3: How should the issue of weight plates prone to slipping off be resolved?
A3: This is likely due to incorrect installation. Please remove the bolt from the internal storage rod of the sleeve, adjust its direction so that the storage rod faces upward, and then reassemble it.
Q4: The Weight of Smith Barbell
Q7:M1 PRO VS Buffalo
A7:The main differences are as follows:
- The Buffalo's vertical posts are 2"x3" with a thickness of 2.0 mm, while the M1 Pro's vertical posts are 2"x2" with a thickness of 1.8 mm.
- The grip angles for pull-ups are opposite; the Buffalo features better handle material for an improved grip experience.
- The Buffalo has a larger internal space of 23.41 SQ.FT, while the M1 Pro's internal space is 22.46 SQ.FT.
- The Buffalo comes with a removable decline bench module for leg training.
