A1: We recommend that you do not tighten the screws initially. Instead, place the pull-up bar in position and then tighten the bolts on both sides simultaneously. If the screws are tightened before installation, it may result in insufficient length, preventing proper installation.

Q2: The missing pulley peg in the pulley prevented installation.
A2: The plastic peg (not listed in the parts list) is prone to being lost during shipping. If you encounter this situation, please contact us promptly so we can send you new replacement pulley.

Q3: If there is iron sand in the box, please note that this is not a foreign object.
A3: We would like to clarify that the iron sand found in the box is used during the production process for rust removal and cleaning purposes, which are environmentally friendly practices. We take all necessary measures to ensure that all iron sand is removed before packaging; however, in some cases, it may not be completely eliminated. Please rest assured that these residues do not pose any safety hazards.

Q4: The cable is twisted into a spiral shape, causing it to operate smoothly.
A4:Before the cable is installed, it is essential to untangle it to ensure that it moves smoothly along its intended path. If not properly aligned, the cable can become tangled and messy, leading to operational issues. If you need an installation video, please contact us, and we will provide it for you.

Q5: If the rack shakes during use and has poor stability, what should be done?
A5: To address this issue, we recommend the following installation suggestions:
① Please check if the ground is level and ensure that all bolts are tightened.
② Place weight plates on the rack to see if this improves stability.
③ If you have a bolt-down floor bracket, we recommend using this accessory to enhance the rack's stability.
④ You can also try placing paper under the rack to improve its stability.
