Why is there only one tracking number for an order containing multiple packages?

Typically, when purchasing a power cage with plates, leg press machine, or other sets, the order is dispatched in separate parcels. However, the Amazon platform currently permits us to upload only one tracking number for the entire order. This limitation can result in misunderstandings regarding missing items or lost shipments.

How to Track Your Order About Multi-Parcel Logistics？

Through this link, you can view the total number of packages included in your order, the contents of each package, and their respective shipping statuses.

When checking orders purchased on the RitFit Website, you should include the # symbol, for example, #72563.

Please note: If unable to track your order, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can provide you with the latest logistics information. Additionally, there is no need to worry about lost or missing items, as they are typically still in transit.
