Q1: Is the plate carriage compatible with 1-inch or 2-inch weight plates? 

A1: The plate carriage is only compatible with 2-inch weight plates, while the storage rod at the bottom can accommodate both 1-inch and 2-inch weight plates.

Q2: Issue with Missing Part 31 four Pegs

A2: Please kindly locate the missing #31 peg in step 13 in the hardware pack. 

 

Q3: Why is the actual load capacity lower than 1200 lbs?

A3: The total static load capacity, including the plate carriage and storage peg, is 1200 lbs; however, the actual dynamic load capacity is 560 lbs. Additionally, due to the length limitation of the storage rod, it is not possible to place many weight plates, resulting in an effective load capacity of 560 lbs for the weight rack.

 

Q4: Height Applicability Issue

A4: The product is suitable for customers with a height of 5'32" to 6'39" (1.6m to 1.9m). For customers who are shorter or experiencing insufficient movement distance, we can suggest purchasing or providing a thicker back pad to help address the stroke issue.

 

Q5:The support frame was installed incorrectly, causing it to not align with the upper cross frame.
A5: Please note that the support frame needs to be positioned according to the instructions in the manual. The long L should face outward (away from you).

 

Q6:Bearing Issues-The small steel ball has fallen out of the bearing, or there is an unusual noise coming from it.
A6: Please contact us to arrange the replacement of the bearings to solve your problem. If you are unsure how to install them, please reach out to our customer service email, and we will send you a video on how to install the bearings.

 

Q7: What type of bearings does the Leg Press Machine use?
