Q2: I received a damaged or defective product. How can I apply for a return?
A: If the product has serious scratches, damage, or signs of use, or if the packaging is severely damaged, please send email to our customer service team at support@ritfitsports.com to initiate a return and refund. The seller will cover the return shipping costs.(Contact customer service with your order number and photos/videos of the damage. The seller will review and initiate a refund or exchange depends on the damage.)
Note: If the packaging is damaged or opened upon receipt, please take photos or videos and send them to us when you apply for a return.
Q3: How can I apply for a refund if I accidentally ordered the wrong size or if I don't like it?
A: If returning due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), ensure the product is unopened and in original packaging. The buyer should cover the return shipping costs.
